Clothes Radar is an independent stock-monitoring service. When you add a product, our systems periodically retrieve publicly accessible inventory information from retailers' websites. By using this service, you authorise us to perform these queries on your behalf and agree to the following terms.
We provide monitoring as a best-effort service. Stock availability can change rapidly; we do not guarantee the acquisition of any products.
Paid plans (Starter and Unlimited) are billed monthly on the date of subscription. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges until you cancel.
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. No cancellation fee applies. Upon cancellation, your access to the benefits of the contracted plan will continue until the end of the current billing period — no partial-month refunds are issued, as the service has already been rendered.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at support@clothesradar.com within 7 days of the charge. We will review and resolve billing issues directly — please reach out before initiating a dispute with your bank, as disputes void your account and cannot be reversed.
Since Clothes Radar is a digital service that begins immediately upon subscription, we do not issue refunds for the current billing period once a charge has been processed. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for documented technical failures on our part that rendered the service completely unusable. To request a review, contact support@clothesradar.com within 30 days of the charge.
If you are located in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. However, by subscribing and explicitly requesting that the service begin immediately, you acknowledge that you waive this right of withdrawal once the service has commenced, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent monitoring limits, or initiate fraudulent payment disputes.

"Zara" and related marks are registered trademarks of Inditex. Their use on this platform is purely descriptive — to identify the retailer whose inventory is monitored — and does not imply any commercial relationship, partnership, or endorsement by Inditex.
Clothes Radar relies on publicly accessible inventory information from third-party retail websites. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to this data. If a retailer modifies, restricts, or removes access to their publicly available inventory information, monitoring for affected products may be suspended or permanently discontinued without prior notice and without liability to you.
Inventory data retrieved by the service reflects the state of publicly available information at the time of each query. It may not be perfectly accurate or in real time. Clothes Radar is not responsible for missed restocks, inaccurate availability readings, or any purchasing decisions made based on the information provided.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that any specific item will be successfully tracked or alerted upon.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clothes Radar's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to this service shall not exceed the total fees you paid in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
