"Why is my target still pending?"
We poll Zara at varying intervals to remain undetected. Free accounts are checked every 3 hours; Starter and Unlimited accounts every 10 minutes. Your target will update at the next cycle.
"I got an alert but the item was already gone."
Zara inventory moves fast. Alerts are sent the moment we detect availability, but we cannot guarantee the item remains in stock by the time you checkout. This is a best-effort service.
"How do I cancel my subscription?"
Go to Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. You can cancel at any time — no forms, no email required. Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.
"I was charged but cancelled / forgot to cancel."
Email us at support@clothesradar.com within 7 days of the charge. We review these on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly before opening a dispute with your bank — disputes automatically close your account and cannot be undone.
"Can I get a refund?"
We don't issue refunds for the current billing period as the service has already run. If you experienced a technical failure on our side that prevented the service from working, contact us and we'll make it right.
"How do I upgrade or change my plan?"
Go to Settings → Billing → Manage subscription, or visit the pricing page and click the upgrade button. Changes take effect immediately.
