Clothes Radar is an autonomous monitoring tool. By connecting your uplink, you agree to allow our systems to poll target inventory on your behalf.
We provide monitoring as a best-effort service. Stock availability can change rapidly; we do not guarantee procurement of targets.
Paid plans (Starter and Unlimited) are billed monthly on the date you subscribed. Payments are processed securely via Stripe through Clerk Billing. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges until you cancel.
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. No cancellation fee applies. Upon cancellation, your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period — no partial-month refunds are issued, as the service has already been rendered.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@clothes-radar.com within 7 days of the charge. We will review and resolve billing issues directly — please reach out before initiating a dispute with your bank, as disputes (chargebacks) void your account and cannot be reversed.
Because Clothes Radar is a digital service that begins immediately upon subscription, we do not issue refunds for the current billing period once a charge has been processed. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for documented technical failures on our side that rendered the service completely unusable.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent monitoring limits, or initiate fraudulent payment disputes.
